Confused now that IRCs are no longer available?

I have finally ran out of IRCs :-( I have items that I want to ship to France. The USPS suggested that I purchase postage from France's post website. Even when I translate the page into English, I have no idea what I am looking at. How are other collectors doing international return postage now?

France has the EURO as currency so maybe you could get a hold of a 5 EURO note (the smallest paper amount) and send that with your request.

International return postage questions come up a ton on this section so browse through some of the topics.

Thanks for the advice. It is just becoming more and more difficult to collect internationally. I will check the other threads as well.

Oh, it's strange. I live in Poland and I think that IRC coupons are still available.
