US to Germany (8,5x11)

Hey,
Can someone help me please:
I want so sent a TTM resquest to the US. Normally I use only 5x7 pics (2,13$ postage).
Now I want to sent a 8x10 (8,5 x 12 letter). Is it right that the postage will be 9,45$ (USPS calculator, 2.0oz)?
