IRCs needed

Hi! I want to send fan mails to actors in the UK from Singapore but I'm not sure how many IRCs I should put in case they reply with a big poster?

They're unlikely to send you a big poster unless you send it to them in the first place. You can calculate postage on the royal mail website. You won't be able to get many IRC answers from people in the UK (like me) as they don't sell IRCs here any more, so we don't use them!

Oh, I see. Can IRCs still be used in UK to change for stamps even if they don't sell them anymore?

Yes they can still be changed here for stamps. We UK residents just can't buy them any more.

I want to send a fan mail to Tom Felton, but never heard any success of TOM using the Troika address. Is it still valid? Will he reply?
