Newbie question, for child

Hi all,

I am the mum of a 6 year old boy who is crazy about superheroes. He has asked me if we can write to his favorites to see if we can get autographs. This is something I have never done and am clueless! Should I let him write the letters himself by hand? His handwriting is quite good (when he wants it to be) but he is only 6 so tends to write in pencil!

I told him he could type the letter on the computer but this seems somewhat impersonal. Any tips? Any other mums and dads out there that have been in the same boat and have had success?

His main area of interest at the moment is the Flash cast and some of the cast of Agents of SHIELD. I am trying to steer him clear of the Hollywood actors who would be less likely to reply (at least i would think that would be the case).

Any idea on addresses to use and any tips for a 6 year old starting out are ever so gratefully welcomed.

Kind regards,

Emma

I have had successes from Greg Clark and Brett Dalton--actors in Agents of Shield. Danielle Panabaker signed via The Flash set, but they won't be filming for a while.

I have written several letters for my siblings. Usually I just tell the person how much a fan my sibling is and ask them to sign a photo for them. I don't think I have made them write the letter themselves.

Best wishes!

Many thanks BossC. Could I ask which address you used for G Clarke and B Dalton? Was it via the set or through their agents?

Clark was through the Agents of Shield set. Brett was through the Gersh Agency in NY. I have requests out to the rest of the cast but haven't heard back from them.
