amount of stamps

sorry if this was already posted but i couldnt find it! how many stamps do i need to put on a 9x12 inch envelope? I'd like a reply ASAP cause i wanna send soon lol i'm new so sorry if i sound stupid! Please help!

What country are you mailing it from?
In the US it costs 63 cents or 2 39 cent to mail within the country.
Out of the country it costs at least 3 39 cent stamps.
