2 weeks ago today, I sent an autograph request, a SASE and a LOR to David Tennant, along with a postcard and trading card which both fitted inside the envelope. However, the envelope's size was a DL (11cm x 22cm). Do I still have a good chance of a reply?

You should have as good of a chance as anyone else, I usually send 12x8 photos, it just depends when the person has time for all the requests they receive.
