Where to buy British stamps? (Royal Mail not working)

I'm currently in the US working on my Harry Potter collection and i need British stamps for the SASE. I looked around and most people used RoyalMail to buy their stamps. However, I just tried that and the site couldn't send to me due to me living out of the country. Anyone know another site I can use?

EBay is generally the place to buy stamps from any country.
