I live in the US, how can I buy return postage from the UK

Hello Everyone, I currently reside in the USA and I am trying to buy UK postage so that I can write celebrities in the UK and have them return my mail. I just tried buying international stamps from the Royal Mail website; however, I was unable to do so because I live outside of the UK. How do I go about purchasing international stamps ? OR For those of you who live in the USA, how do you contact international celebrities and how do you go about getting return postage for your SASE ? Thanks in advance for your response.
