number of stamps

what is the amount of stamps i should put on a 13x10 envelope? (I can't by any more 9x12's until at least four days)
and how many IRC's should I include on a 9x12 to Austrlia or the UK? I tried to read the thread about this but got very confused
I'm from the US. What's the cost per IRC?

You should send 2 IRC´S, although we sent only 1

to ship an envelope that size overseas,I think your best bet would be to go to the post office and have it weighed and let them tell you.

To mail FROM the USA TO the UK and Europe:
$0.84 10g (.35 oz)
$0.84 20g (.70 oz)
$1.70 40g (1.40 oz)

To mail FROM the USA TO Australia:
