I would like to know is it better to send mat picture or glossy one?

Its down do your personal preference, personally I send matte photos as I prefer them over glossy, glossy photos seem to be more prone to finger prints.

Photo prints can be quite cheap, so do a few of both and see which you like best.
Personally it's glossy all the way for me, but I'm in the minority there I think on this board, everyone else seems to go for matte

I like matte. Part personal preference (I order mattes when printing personal photos) and I think it holds the marker better and is less likely to smear.
