Help with SASAE?

I know you guys probably get asked this loads, but with so many conflicting opinionsi have found myself confused: so, will 2 global forever stamps, being sent as a SASAE to come back to England (sending to an American) be enough for an envelope containing a piece of cardboard and a letter, with two photos. I believe it's around 3oz or less

Weigh your return items/envelope then check the price calculator at
www.usps.com.
Each Global Forever stamp is worth $1.15.
I'm not sure 2 would be enough for a 3oz item so do check the calculator.

Assuming they are using it as Stamped Addressed Self
Addressed Envelope, just a guess though.
