No IRC's for orange envelopes?

I am requesting an autograph from Japan and put the picture in a large orange envelope. Unfortunately, the post office doesn't do IRC's with these envelopes, only the smaller white ones. What could I do? Do I send money, a money order, or what? I don't want to fold it...
