Mail a Baseball to athlete

How do you recommend mailing a baseball to an athlete? Should I get a flat rate box? How do I turn that into a SASE for the athlete? I feel stupid going into the Post Office to ask, so any advice is welcomed!

Yes you will need a box to send it and a box for your return all stamped up. Good luck.
