Saving on Stamps

I don't want to buy in bulk and I'm just a student
What country are you in?
Online postage may offer a cheaper rate but sometimes has an expiry. So fine for the letter to the celeb not your SASE.
I'm also on a low income but saving on stamps is a hard thing to achieve.
I tend to have a few on hand for short notice VV requests. Other than that I send when I can afford to.
