I sent Michael Caine a request in June to the UK address in the database. I noticed recently that somebody had a success from the USA address.

Do you think I should send another request to the USA address, or do you think I should wait and see if he comes back to the UK?

That is totally up to you! I have sent requests to several places before. The worst that can happen is that you get two replies.

There have been reports of successes from the ICM address. It's probably just a matter of time before he goes through his fan mail there too.

You shouldn't worry. He'll get around to your request eventually.

However, if you would like to send a second request, go ahead. It's up to you.
