IRC Question

I am planning to send fanmail to Amanda Bynes and Zac Efron at the set of Hairspray in Canada. I live in the US.

If I send a 9x12 envelope (with letter, photo, and IRC) TO Canada. Do I use US stamps or an IRC? Also, will I need to include a SAE in the envelope I am sending to them?

ANOTHER question. How many IRC's should I send if it's gonna be a 9x12 envelope?

*I did not buy IRC's yet and this is my first time, so I don't really understand the whole process. I just want to ask ahead of time so it's not like, too late.. And I won't get late replies ;)*

You must send SAE and 1 IRC, but another ideas are:

- Send just SAE
- Send just IRC

When you send your request from where you are to Canada ... stick US stamps on your envelope (just like as if you were sending a request to someone in the US - just make sure to stick enough stamps on there :o). IRC's are only for your SAE.

Yes, you will need to include a SAE in your envelope addressed to whom you're writing to so that your photos can be sent back to you using the envelope you provided.

A 9x12 envelope will require a minimum of 2 IRC's for it to be sent back to you. You can send 3 on the safe side if you wish.

The IRC process is quite similar to sending a SASE. It's just that instead of having stamps on an SAE, you're sending IRC's along to the relevant celebrity so they can get stamps to stick on your SAE
