Could spanish-speaking people here tell me please how I should begin my letter in Spanish ( in English it's Dear Mr./Ms.) and and also how to finish it (in English Yours sincerely etc.)?

Well I don't speak spanish but from what i've been told by my friend who is learning spanish this is what i know:

Dear- Estimado
Yours sincerely- Sinceramente suyo

estimado is "considred" though these are the literal meanings, they are not appropiate for letters.

Ok my friend is only learning so I reckon she used a dictionary.

Well, could you just tell me which are the correct words to use for Dear Mr./Ms. and Yours sincerely. Because tell you the truth I didn't understand it from previous posts
