Hi,guys
Someone sent letters without stamps from another country? Did they come back signed or not?

Some get thrown away, some get returned.
Depends on the celeb/their staff and if they are inclined to pay for the return postage. I imagine this can change.

I always send requests Internationally with the appropriate stamps or currency.
It is easy enough if you're willing to put the work into researching and sourcing stamps/currency.

I would say it also depends on the object you want signed. When I have sent something bigger like a book or tour programme, I include cash because the cost for returning will be much higher.
