Does Andrea Bocelli Sign Via Venue?

Sorry, I dont know which forum to post this. I was wondering is Bocelli signs via venue in the US? I know he is siging from his address in Italy, but I do not have Italian stamps to put on the return envelope, and I would not know how much money/cash to send. I live in the US. So I dont know which option is better. What do you suggest? I also cant buy IRC because US doesnt use them anymore. Thanks for your help and advice!
