It's definitely worth a shot to send your own photo for Paris to sign

If she can sign it, she will. If she can't (e.g. because of contractual reasons), she'll probably send you one of her own and send your photos back unsigned.

All the reported successes seem to be from the Paris Hilton Entertainment address ... so you should probably try that address.
