The answer is no-one knows who writes the letters which we get with some of our autographs. It could be the celebrities themselves, their agents/managers or even their secretaries.

This is a hard question to answer considering that we really don't know who writes the letters which we get back with some of our autographs.

Some celebrities do send letters back - usually these will be from those who receive not as much fan mail or have a lot of time to respond.

However, as Eugene said, you cannot be certain that not all letters will be from the celebrity - as someone (e.g. assistant or manager) could help go through the mail for them.

I have received a few back from some celebrities - some hand written, others typed (but signed).

Nobody knows who handles a celebs mail
They get it, sign it and im sure managers put it in the SASE and send it out for them
