When it comes to writing too celebrities, you cannot decide that you aren't going to send to someone because they are too famous. In any case, Hilary Duff has been known to reply personally via a project she is working on and send pre-printed photo's via her management. It has been rumoured that Lindsay Lohan's family deal with her fanmail and Lindsay has in no way, anything to do with it

If you were to write to someone like Jennifer Aniston or Joaquin Phoenix, there is a big chance that you will not get a reply. But you can never say never

Alot of stars who are not incredibly famous as some of the A listers, do reply fantasticly and are still gaining popularity {thumb2}

Write to who you want to write to and who's work you appreciate and enjoy the most. Don't try and decide which celebrity is more famous than another and then think you have more chance of a reply because every actor, actress, musican, band, politian, sports player, entertainer et.al have all different signing habits

TheMailman posted some great info above but I would also like to chime my .02 cents worth also.

Write to celebrities who you are fans of, don't just write a celebrity because their famous or they respond better than other celebrities.

To me, I write to celebrities who I am fans of & this is why I love my autograph collection because it's from celebrities who I like watching on TV, movies, video games, et al.
