hey.. now when i done writing my letter i want to know what i must add in letter ... is better sase or irc ? tnx

a SASE would cost less if you can get ahold of stamps from the country your sending to, but either way works

To be cheap, you can send a SASE, the only bad thing is you have to find the country's stamps you are sending to. IRC's would guarantee you the stamps from another country.

I would go with the SASE. It's cheaper. and since I live in Canada i ask my friend who lives in the U.S. to send me the U.S. stamps
