Well, no-one really knows who answers our fanmail requests. It could be the celebrities themselves, their agents/managers, secretaries, et al. The main problem, however, is the no-one really knows who answers our requests.

Most celebrities do answer their fanmail but there are some who have their agents/managers & even their secretaries answer their fanmail.

You Forgot to mention sometimes if you send to Studio fan mail not even the celeb knows you sent them fanmail.

Some celebrities like to handle their fan mail personally, others like to let others handle it (e.g. SFM, assistants, agents...)

Obviously, it depends on the volume of mail they receive and how much time they have to handle their mail personally.
