How Many Stamps?

Could someone please tell me how many stamps I sould put on each of my envolopes? (SASE envolope and envolope containg it). Im sending it from Illinois to California.

To mail FROM the USA TO the USA:
1oz - 52 /c
2oz - 63 /c
3oz - 87 /c
4oz - $1.11
5oz - $1.35
6oz - $1.59
7oz - $1.83
8oz - $2.07
9oz - $2.31
10oz - $2.55
so about two stamps per envelope should do it. Unless you have other amount stamps, other than 39cents

In the US to an address in the US, putting a $0.63 stamp on the SASE will cover 8X10 photo.
On the envelope containing it, what size is it? If it is a normal legal size envelope, a $0.39 will do, but if it is bigger a $0.63 would be safer.
