How many 39 cent stamps does a letter to the U.K. supposed to have? (Fan letter going to be sent to Keira Knightley)

To mail FROM the USA TO the UK and Europe:
$0.84 10g (.35 oz)
$0.84 20g (.70 oz)
$1.70 40g (1.40 oz)
$2.55 60g (2.10 oz)
$2.55 80g (2.80 oz)
$3.35 100g (3.50 oz)

You need to put 84 cents on the envelope.

I cant out a few 39 cent stamps on there? Like 3?

yup, put three 39 cent stamps on the envelope. Or two 39cents and three 2cent stamps
