when sending a VV is it ok to put on the envelope "Please send before The-date"
you mean when it comes back to you? Or when you send it? When you're sending it you can actually tell the Post office when to mail your stuff. And when the celeb is sending it, it all depends when they get to your envelope. And again when they send it off it depends when it gets to the post office so they can sort the mail so they can bring it to your house.

Hi ChattyGirl247
I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "Please send before The-date". Do you mean putting that on your return envelope to ask the celebrity to reply before a certain date?
I don't recommend you doing so. Mainly because once you send your request, everything else is out of your control. Some celebrities may take a while to respond, others rather quickly. You can't control when they go through their mail, or when the post office posts it back to you.
It's up to the celebrity's discretion, not yours. It won't make a difference.

sorry if i caused confusion
You can't do that. The mail leaves the post office on the day you bring it in or the very next day.
