Is there anyone who's going to any of those ??? I'm like, the biggest DH fan ever and really really want Felicity's autograph.
If there's anyone who's going to those, would they consider getting an autograph for me ? And what would that cost, with buying the book and shipping and stuff ??

I can't go to the signings and get you a signed copy (sorry!), but may I make a suggestion ...

Why don't you try and contact the bookstore directly (where she'll be signing) and ask if it's possible for them to get a copy signed and have it shipped out to you. Obviously, you'll have to organise payment of the book and postage with the store - but it might be possible to do it this way if the bookstore is kind enough to do it for you.
