Sending a 16x20

Is it possible to send a 16x20 and have everything paid for so it can be returned to me I have never sent anything over 8.5x11 so I need some help with sending posters
Roll the poster in a poster tube.
Write out a label with your name & address. Get some cash or enough stamps for return postage. Include a few blank labels.
Put those inside an envelope marked "return postage", seal it and place in the poster tube.
Address the poster tube to the celeb.
Hopefully the staffer will then re-use your tube.
