Last summer I sent out about 20 requests to various actors, some of which had a IRC which has now expired, how long should the wait be?

Hi RangerKing,

Requests come back at varied times. If you've posted to any A-list celebs it could take ages to get back to you. Sometimes requests can take up to about 8 months as most of the celebs are really busy. I tend to wait about 6 months before trying again. The IRCs you included wont be valid now as a new one came out in December so you could try posting them again with the new IRCs.

I sent a request to Conan O'brien over a year ago and just came today. patients is the key to this hobby

don't worry. some stars provide it even if your IRC expired.

The only thing is that these are very D-List celebrities from a children's television show, but I'll take your word for it.
