Sending letters to England

Unread post by Mimmi »

Those in America:
When you send letters to England, or anywhere in Great Britain, you will need to use 80 cents for postage. British currency is worth about twice the amount that American currency is.
I have had several letters returned to me for lack of postage. :(

Best Wishes,
Mimmi

How much did you send when you got the RTS's?

Hi,

Postage from US to UK is 0.80c for a standard letter. Postage to the USA from the UK is 47 pence for up to 10gm. 20 gm is 68 pence, so keep the weight to a minumum!

If you include IRCs from the UK to USA for reply you need to send at least 60 pence worth - which equates to about $1 (which should cover the weight of a 10x8)

Cheers! {thumb2} [uk]
