I want to start sending to america and i live in the UK , im doing research into using IRC's found out prices etc,

How many do i need to send so they can reply ?
I mean how many IRC's do i send with my letter ? So that american celebs can write to the UK.

For an 9x12 envelope you would need about 2 or 3.
