I have a question. I am really dingy when it comes to stamps. I have some 60 cent stamps and I was wondering (since I am confused on the whole concept of an IRC and stamps and stuff) if I could use 2 60 cent stamps (one on the envelope made out to the celeb and one on the SASE) and send letters to Canada, Australia, UK, etc? I read somewhere I can use a 60 cent stamp to mail a letter to Canada..is this true? and if I include 2 can I do a letter along with a SASE? I am interested mostly in using 60 cent stamps for Canada and Australia because alot of stars film in Canada and P!nk will be doing a concert in Australia soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

If your sending a SASE to another country the stamp must be from that country on the return envelope.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the price of stamp has gone up. It costs 63 cents to mail a letter to Canada.
