how long does it take for the usual stars to reply to people .some are quik some are months. i have sent out about 70 letters with photos since late december have received about 18 is this normal or can they take years comments please

you never know for sure how long it will take. Sometimes you may not even get something back and sometimes it will take year(s). It's really just luck.

18 of 70 after two months is not a bad response rate.

Response time varies greatly depending upon who you write to... I've gotten responses less than a week after writing to someone, and I've gotten responses a year or two after writing to someone.

You can check the previous reports for the people you've written to on this site to see what is "normal" for them. If there's no feedback, it means that either no one has written to the celebrity, or that no one has gotten anything back from them. (You'll have to decide on your own which is more likely.)

However, even good signers have been known to misplace mail, and bad signers sometimes happen to be in the mood to answer fanmail.
