Sending money to Milani,Mayes,Guerra?

For all of you people who have had success to Leyla Milani, Ursula Mayes, and Vida Guerra, if i want to get a 3 by 5 signed from them do I have to send them monye like their website says?Thanks.

I wrote to...
- Leyla Milani in Jan. and haven't recieved anything back... calfan wrote to her with just a letter and SASE, and recieved something back. I wrote with a SAE
- Ursula Mayes- I sent her a letter and SAE, and recieved a 9x13 picture back from her. It only took like 10 days!
-Vida- I haven't written to her! (what is she on)

i always include a SASE...so don't send money?

i'm pretty sure you don't need to send money.... just a SASE like you always do
