I don't know if you have to send 1 IRC or 3 to 4? On "Contact any Celeberty" it said 3 to 4 but I've herd you only need 1.

Does anyone know?????????

it depends where are you sending it too. like from the US to the UK or US to Canada etc. Normally 2 would work
