Ok, I know what an IRC is. 1. but do 3 IRC's cover to send a A4 envelope, incl. 3 IRC's, Letter ,1 SASE and 2 pic so they can sign??
2. And can I use the IRC without stamping them? Cause I sent one IRC, as NOT are stamped.. 3. Do 1 IRC's cover a A5 envelope ??
(Half envelope as a originally A4)

I don't think you need 3 IRC's to cover an A4 envelope. I personally think that 2 will do fine. And unstamped IRC's are fine. The US Postal Service says it on their website. I would personally send 2 IRC's just to be safe. You never know where or when post offices may be picky about weight.
