Hi, I sent a question about how many IRCs I have to send to get response from USA to USPS, and they're responsed this:

Response (***) - 03/15/2007 12:06 PM Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting us about sending an International Reply Coupon from Spain.

I apologize that reply coupons formerly issued by the Postal Union of the Americas and Spain are no longer valid.

If I can be of assistance to you in the future, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you for choosing the United States Postal Service®.

The IRCs are not valid in USA? :S

That's a very strange reply... Maybe he means the ones that were valid until 2006...? But then there should be new ones...

It is too strange... I have some IRC's valids until 31.12.2007, you know if they're already valid to use in USA? or USPS no longer accepts any IRC?

I'd say they are valid. You can also try and ask your post office :D
