I recently sent a package to Kiefer Suthermand, and put in at the end a polite apologie for not including return postage because they stopped selling them here, now I reflext on it I dont think it was a great idea. Hi, i think that IRCs are on sale only in big post offices (I'm from Spain and I'll travel to Barcelona every time i want IRCs). You can contact to irish post service for more info on what post offices can you buy IRCs, take a look here:
http://www.anpost.ie/AnPost/MainContent ... ontact+Us/

Another tip if you don't want to find IRCs, if you're writing to USA o any other country with online postal store, you can buy some stamps online and send a SASE (i bought some stamps from US Postal Service online).

Thanks guys but.....

1. I already contacted An Post - we are the ONLY country in Europe to not sell an IRC of ANY format.

2.Who would want to trade for Irish stamps, we dont exactly have any A-lists over our side of the water, lol... :D
