Hi I cant find IRC'S at any post office near me.... I wanted to send something to the UK, should I send it anyway, with a sase and no irc's or.... what do i do???? Thanks!

i think there's a possibility that you can buy online but you can still send it without IRC the celebrity might still answer

You can go ahead and send your letter without IRC's and you can include a Self-addressed-envelope. You might have a better chance with that.

Yeah, I visited my local post office just recently and they told me that IRC's don't work the same as they used to.

In your request letter, mention something about postage and it should be okay.
