If I send the lightest possible folder(with the stamps and address), with another one folded in half with the stamps and address, a photo, 2 pieces of cardboard, and a letter how many stamps would i need, on the one on the outside and the one on the inside?

You do not need to send two folders. If you want to send a folder to protect the picture, you may include it with the SASE (self addressed stamped envelope). On the SASE you should put at least 63 cents worth of postage, and on the outer envelope you should put at least 63 cents worth. If you do not have 63 cent stamps, you can just put two 39 cent stamps. Goodluck with your requests. {up}
