You do have to send a SASE and an outer envelope.

Mike, you originally started talking about folders, then switched to envelopes

You do not need to send two folders. If you want to send a folder to protect the picture, you may include it with the SASE (self addressed stamped envelope). On the SASE you should put at least 63 cents worth of postage, and on the outer envelope you should put at least 63 cents worth. If you do not have 63 cent stamps, you can just put two 39 cent stamps. Goodluck with your requests. {up}

Why would you use 2 pieces of cardboard anyway? One is enough. I dont use cardboard at all. I send my photos, letter, and a return envelope inside a Manilla Folder. They always return my items in the folder, and It doesnt get bent, and it saves on postage.
