Help Please

I work for a gentleman who works for 3 non-profit organizations. I have two questions.
1, We would like to use a Cyndi Lauper song in one of our productions and I do not know how to contact her. We do not want to use her song for our production without permission.

2,We are having a charity event in Philadelphia and it would be great to get an autographed picture of her.
