If you are sending an email to studio fan mail (in the database) you can only get a photo of the cast if you live outside the US and Canada. Something about their contract expiring for requests within US and Canada. Not a problem for me but we will see how long it takes

I would assume clients of SFM would normally sign a contract specifying how long SFM are to supply photos to those who request them.
Obviously, we don't know how much longer the contract will run for requests outside the US, so it's just a matter of wait and see.
