i was looking through past successess and i noticed TheCollector had sent and photograph to Wendy Richard and asked her to get the cast to sign it, which worked, would you advice this, and if yes which cast memeber should i ask as wendy has now left...

also what could i put in the letter, it would be for my sisters charity

Generally, I would not normally advise someone to send a request to one person and ask them to have the rest of the cast sign. This is mainly because it is a time consuming process for the person concerned.

I am not familiar with the Eastenders cast, but you may want to write a more general request addressed to the cast of Eastenders.

In your letter you should probably write something like you're writing on behalf of _____ charity, you're raising funds via an auction of celebrity autographs, and ask for some sort of signed item for the auction.

Hi there, I actually did this recently and asked Barbara Windsor if she could arrange a little surprise for my son's 18th birthday. I won't go into details as I don't want to put her on the spot, but she was very willing to help and I was extremely delighted with what she sent me.

But in general, I would advise that you write to each individual actor/actress for the best result. (And as you only have to pay one lot of postage for however many autographs you request from Eastenders - although they do like you to write individual LETTERS - that is probably the best way forward.
