Suggestions Needed

Hi, I need some advices.
I'd like to send some photos but I can't find any SASE in my city. So I was wondering if it's the same if I send the pics with an IRC.

A SASE is a self addressed stamped envelope. If you are sending to America or another country, you should use IRC's because stamps from your country will not work in other countries.

A SASE is a self addressed stamped envelope, if you mailing to another country you need to use the IRCs and a self adressed envelope (thats just an envelope with your address on it so it can be sent back to you)

You mean I should put my address on the envelope and the actor's on the top? Then I include some IRCs into the envelope or...? Sorry, I've never sent pictures yet
