Need some more help w/ addresses....

OK, i got an address i asked for and i got it. But i don't know how to write it. This dude's name is Tom Morello, his solo project is The Nightwatchmen. Its just him in the band. I'm just really confused. Here is the address if someone could please help me out. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!
