Sorry for asking so much questions about envelopes and stuff. haha! Anyway, my question is, do you have to get your 8x10 envelope weighed? I was going to send a letter, poster folded up, small 4x6 photo, cd booklet, and an SASE. Do i have to go to the post office to get it weighed? I don't really know. This is my first time to send out 8x10s. I have the new 41 cent stamps. Do i put 3 on there?

THANkS!!! :D

you should weigh it first just to know that you don't have too many stamps or too little stamps. After you weigh it once it's pretty much the same weight everytime you send another and know what the price is

Weighing it is not really necessary. However if you are really unsure of the weight, it may be in your best interest to have the post office weigh it. Then you wouldn't need to put on "extra postage". However I personally don't mind adding the "extra postage". Some people do though. :|
