I recently sent a request for a "Scrubs" cast picture for my friend's birthday but, as there was no address for the cast itself, I just sent it to the address for individual actors via venue but I took off the individual name. Can someone tell me if I did this right and whether I am likely to get a success from this please??

It's in the database, in addition to being the via venue address for the individual cast members: http://www.fanmail.biz/50229.html

I would assume you would have attentioned your request to The cast of Scrubs or something similar instead of an individual cast member. That is fine

Obviously I can't guarantee a success, but there is every chance that you'll get something back.

I have to agree with nowandagain. I think you are OK if you put "Scrubs Cast" or "Cast of Scrubs" instead of the actor's name.
