how does the REPUTATION thing work on this website?? how can i give them to people? and how can i get them?

If u help someone, or if someone helps u, then u will give them this one:
if someone did something bad for u, or was mean then ppl give bad:
... and u usally just write a little comment when u give rep.

Underneath everyones avatar there is a little
and
icons. To give someone a +1 rep point (if they help you, or they post something useful etc) you click on the
, and if you want to give someone a -1 rep point (if they are rude to you or you find a post whch is pffensive etc) you click on the
icon.
People can do the sanme to you, too
